Personal life coaching is delivered through regular, weekly sessions in person.
Coaching can also be done via telephone or e-mail, if those are more comfortable or convenient for you.

During our coaching sessions, I will emphasize life balance, life options (needs, wants, goals and dreams), action versus reaction, overcome obstacles and fears, strategies, stress management, relationship building, personal development, health, freedom happiness and fun!
